The therapy team
Each of us has an integrative training, which means we draw on skills and techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches, and adapt the therapy to your personal requirements.
We start with your personal experience of your difficulties, and focus on your particular needs for support. Often this means building on your inner resources and ways of coping, while exploring and bringing insight into how your personal challenges have affected your experience.
We offer short-term solution-focused therapy or longer-term therapy, depending on your needs.
